Welcome to Mad Dog Boats. This website provides information regarding the products, services and other materials of Mad Dog Boats and is subject to the below terms & conditions. By using this website you agree to be bound by the terms & conditions and accept them without limitation.

Mad Dog Boats will not share your personal information and adheres to standards of the storage of your private information. We may collect your name, email address, phone number or contact details when you subscribe, contact us or purchase. This information may be provided to authorised representatives of Mad Dog Boats to complete transactions, arrange shipping or warranty services.

We will never sell your personal information to a third party and communication from Mad Dog Boats will be used to advise you of your orders, news, promotions, special offers or our activities.

COMPETITIONS

Any competitions run by Mad Dog Boats and featured on this website or other platforms are for Australian Residents Only. Entrants must be 18 years or older. Any additional terms & conditions for competition entries will be detailed as required.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Content on this website including branding, names, imagery, designs are the sole property of Mad Dog Boats. It may be copied or printed for your sole personal use but may not be reproduced, published, amended or used in any commercial application or business of any kind without the prior written authorisation of Mad Dog Boats.

WARRANTY

Mad Dog Boats are warranted to the ORIGINAL purchaser to be free of structural defects in materials & workmanship for a period of thirty six (36) months from the date of purchase.

Our liability for boats of our own manufacture is limited to making good any defects providing written notice has been given to Mad Dog Boats within seven (7) days of the discovery of the alleged defect or if possible within such time as is reasonable, by repairing or replacing at our discretion, at our premises or nominated repairer, providing that the boat has been operated and maintained in accordance with the special provisions listed below:

The boat must be used and maintained in accordance with the boats builders plate.
The boat must not be modified in any way or operated outside of the original design specifications.
The boat has not been fitted with unauthorised parts or accessories which are not compatible with the design of the boat.
The boat has not been damaged by misuse, neglect, accident or transported on an incorrect, undersized or roller trailer.
The boat has not been used for competitive or commercial purposes.
The timber and carpet floors warranty is limited to installation for a period of 12 months and does not cover the effects of weather or wear and tear.
The paint warranty is limited to defective paint and application for a period of 12 months and does not cover the effects of normal oxidation, wear and tear or electrolysis.
Mad Dog Boats will not be liable for consequential loss of any kind arising out of the supply or use of the boat.
Freight costs to and from our premises or nominated repairer for warranty work will be the purchaser's responsibility.
All other equipment supplied and fitted by us is subject to manufacturers warranty and at the discretion of the supplier.
That the purchaser has registered their warranty at the time of sale.
This warranty does not cover any statement or inducement made by a third party not detailed in the warranty policy of Mad Dog Boats.

The above warranty is in lieu of any and all warranties expressed or implied, conferred by statute or otherwise and is intended to cover all warranties given by the company on the boat or part thereof

”OUR GOODS COME WITH GUARANTEES THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER THE AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW. YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND FOR A MAJOR FAILURE AND FOR COMPENSATION FOR ANY OTHER REASONABLY FORESEEABLE LOSS OR DAMAGE. YOU ARE ALSO ENTITLED TO HAVE THE GOODS REPAIRED OR REPLACED IF THE GOODS FAIL TO BE OF ACCEPTABLE QUALITY AND THE FAILURE DOES NOT AMOUNT TO A MAJOR FAILURE.”
